  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect due to our error.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Digital products (e.g., eBooks, software).

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Items marked as “final sale” or purchased at a discounted/clearance price.

2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days​ to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
